L' Hirondelle : A luxurious three bedroom property for up to six people

This
beautiful house is ideally located at the edge of the charming village of
Le Cambout, situated within easy reach of historical Josselin and market
town of Loudeac. A traditional Breton house that has been recently
refurbished to a high standard and has many modern facilities, yet still
retains the natural charm of a French house.

In addition, there is a DVD and video player, together with a selection of tapes for you to watch. Leading from the lounge is the kitchen with space for informal dining. The fully equipped Kitchen has a gas range cooker, microwave, large larder fridge, and space enough for a breakfast/ dining area. Through the archway, is the formal dining area with its large Breton traditional table and buffet. With its comfortable chairs and beamed ceiling, it is just the place to spend many hours sampling the fine French cuisine and wine. |

All
three bedrooms are on the first floor.
The master bedroom has a super king size bed, a large Breton carved
wardrobe, as well as drawer space, full-length mirror and a small TV.
It also has an en suite bathroom and toilet. Two other bedrooms,
both of which have double beds, share a shower room and toilet across the
hallway. Both of these bedrooms are furnished in a modern style using
light woods and glass. |

The landscaped garden is an ideal spot to find some shade under the mature walnut tree, or sit on the bench under the apple tree. The lawned garden with shrubs and perennial borders, has a barbeque, seating for al fresco dining as well as its own well. We are not saying it is a wishing well, but there would no harm in throwing a few coppers into it and making a wish. |

L’Hirondelle is situated in Le Cambout, with bakery, Libre Service and restaurant. Le Cambout is close to the historical town of Josselin with its beautiful Chateau, overlooking the Nantes / Brest canal. During the summer, pleasure boats, canoes and bikes can be hired from the canalside. Le Cambout is also only a short drive to the town of Loudeac, a pretty market town with a wide range of shops and restaurants set on medieval streets. There are numerous banks and activites include Les Aquatides Water Park, golf, fishing, walking and horseriding. |
