Looking for a property several hundred
miles from where you live is bad enough, without a large stretch of water
in between you and your potential new home.
Here at Brittany Focus we hope to make the process
a lot easier. We can visit a property on your behalf, then within 24
hours,
you receive from us, by email, a selection of photographs (at least six)
showing both the good and bad points of the property as well as a written
report (min 500 words) giving you our honest opinion of the property. This
gives you the opportunity to create a better short list of properties, making better use of your valuable time in France.
For each property visited we charge 100 euros plus
15 euros per hour traveling time.
